Course Terms & Conditions

Fees & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee of £750 to £2,000 (depending on the course) is required for all accredited courses on application for a course. Receipt of which will secure a place on the required course. Balance of course fee is required no later than 10 to 14 days prior to start of the course. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of your place with no refund of booking fee. If for any reason, you, the learner, does not complete course, you will still be liable for full fee to be paid. Esteem Excellence Academy reserves the right to seek redress through the courts if necessary. The full fee is required on application for all workshops. All fees for workshops are non-refundable or transferable unless under special circumstances as agreed by Esteem Excellence Academy/Esteem Beauty Limited, in writing.

Refunds

Fees paid are strictly non-refundable or transferable.

Late Payment Fee

Esteem Excellence Academy/ Esteem Beauty Limited eeserves the right to change, amend or cancel a student’s training or charge a £50 late payment fee for any fees, which are not received by the deadline.

What Your Fee Covers

Your fees cover: starter kit, marketing materials, training script, all teaching/training, registration, examination, assessment and certification. 

Packages are NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 

Re-sitting exams or additional training/assessment days

If you are required to re-attend an assessment day, due to not being able to achieve the required competency to pass within the duration of your course, you will be charged £350 + VAT to  re-sit the exam or re-take an assessment day. In the unlikely event that you feel you require additional training days in order to achieve the required competency, you will be charged £450 + VAT for each additional day of training.  

Cancellation

Fees paid are strictly non-refundable or transferable.

Cancellation or rescheduling  of course made by Esteem Excellence Academy

We will endeavour to avoid any changes to our courses. However, if we have to cancel and re-schedule a course, we will notify learners as soon as possible. We will either transfer you to the next available course or offer a full refund for course fee paid.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The copying of any course material is strictly forbidden. Esteem Excellence Academy is a private training provider and all course materials and information, remain the exclusive property of Esteem Excellence Academy.

Equal Opportunity

Everyone has the right to be taught in a safe learning environment. Esteem Excellence Academy operates a Equal Opportunity and Health & Safety policies and will not tolerate  discrimination in any form. Esteem Excellence Academy reserves the right to refuse to teach any learner who does not comply and will ask the learner to leave the course with no right to a refund of any fees.

Local Authority Licence

To carry out microblading you will need a licence. You will require to speak to your local authority to see what their regulations are as it differs from region to region. Esteem Excellence Academy is not responsible for this process.

Disclaimer

Please note that our class is suitable for complete beginners in microblading, qualified beauty therapists (level 3 and above) and medical professionals. Professional insurance is required to carry out Permanent Makeup. 

Esteem Excellence Academy is not responsible for the suitability and progress of students attending our intensive courses. Our training courses are available to all members of the public and it is not necessary to have a beauty background. However, we do advise our prospective students to attend an eyebrow design course prior to studying eyebrow microblading and micropigmentation as this is not included in the curriculum. In the unlikely event that a student does not feel the course is suitable to their requirements and does not wish to complete the training Esteem Excellence Academy will not refund any of the fees.
